It's my LIFE!

Four friends, who hadn’t seen each other in 30 years, reunited at a party. After several drinks, one of the men had to use the rest room. Those who remained talked about their kids.

The first guy said, “My son is my pride and joy. He started working at a successful company at the bottom of the barrel. He studied Economics and Business Administration and soon began to climb the corporate ladder and now he’s the president of the company. He became so rich that he gave his best friend a top of the line Mercedes for his birthday.

The second guy said, “Darn, that’s terrific! My son is also my pride and joy. He started working for a big airline, and then went to flight school to become a pilot. Eventually he became a partner in the company, where he owns the majority of its assets. He’s so rich that he gave his best friend a brand new jet for his birthday.

The third man said: “Well, that’s terrific! My son studied in the best universities and became an engineer. Then he started his own construction company and is now a multimillionaire. He also gave away something very nice and expensive to his best friend for his birthday: A 30,000 square foot mansion.”

The three friends congratulated each other just as the fourth returned from the restroom and  asked: “What are all the congratulations for?”

One of the three said: “We were talking about the pride we feel for the successes of our sons…. What about your son?”

The fourth man replied: “My son is gay and makes a living dancing as a stripper at a nightclub.”

The three friends said: “What a shame…what a disappointment.”

The fourth man replied: “No, I’m not ashamed. He’s my son and I love him. And he hasn’t done too bad either. His birthday was two weeks ago, and he received a beautiful 30,000 square foot mansion, a brand new jet and a top of the line Mercedes from his 3 boyfriends”

Did you guys listen to Jay Chou’s new album’s songs? THEY’RE SO NICE RIGHT? xD hahaha. MY IDOL HOR, OF COURSE NICE! LOL.

Anyway, back to the main point. Did you guys know about the incident that happened, which caused Jay Chou’s new album’s release date to push back?

Guess you guys know about it already. For those who don’t know – well, due to his songs being leaked out and post on the internet, thus the company decided to push back the release date of his new album.

What is the amazing thing?

Vincent Fang, his old comrade, and himself is damn impressive. They managed to not only change the song names, they event changed the lyrics and record it, and ultimately release them on time, right on the actual release day!

Powerful right?! In such a short time, they managed to do it! hahaha. Thumbs up!:D

A woman takes a lover home during the day while her husband is at work.

Her 9-year old son comes home unexpectedly, sees them, and hides in the bedroom cupboard to watch. The woman’s husband also comes home.

She puts her lover in the cupboard, not realising that the little boy is in there already.

The little boy says, “Dark in here.”
The man says, “Yes, it is.”
Boy – “I have a football.”
Man – “That’s nice.”
Boy – “Want to buy it?”
Man – “No, thanks.”
Boy – “My dad’s outside.”
Man – “OK, how much?”
Boy – “£250″

In the next few weeks, it happens again that the boy and the lover are in the cupboard together.

Boy – “Dark in here.”
Man – “Yes, it is.”
Boy – “I have football boots.”
The lover, remembering the last time, asks the boy, “How much?”
Boy – £750″
Man – “Sold.”

A few days later, the boys father says to the boy, “Grab your boots and football, let’s go outside and have a game of soccer.

The boy says, “I can’t, I sold my ball and boots.”
The father asks, “How much did you sell them for?”
Boy -”£1,000.”
The father says, “That’s terrible to overcharge your friends like that. That is far more than those two things cost. I’m going to take you to church and make you confess.”

They go to the church and the father makes the little boy sit in the
confession booth and he closes the door.

The boy says, “Dark in here.”

The priest says, “Don’t start that shit again.”

I came article with cases/crimes which happens around the world. I find them very practical and seriously need to be take note of.

Well anyway, here it goes:

Case One: Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There was an old man looking at me and suddenly called me. He said he doesn’t know how to read, so he gave me an ATM card and asked me to help him take money from the ATM machine.  I answered him ‘NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.’ Then he said never mind….’ and just continue to find other people to help him…

ATM machines have CCTV. If you help him, and later he says you have robbed him or stole his ATM card or even his ATM card wasn’t his too. So please be careful for these frauds.

Case Two: When the house electricity suddenly goes off, seeing from the windows that y neighbors still have lights, went out my house to check the Meter Box. But once i open the door, a knife was pointing at the door to stop me from closing it. And they robbed and injured us.

Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open ur door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or sounds.

Case Three: This is another story. You think you had heard it before, but this is slightly different. It’s about a girl, she saw a kid by the roadside crying. When she asked the kid, the kid said he was lost and wanted her to take him home.  The kid even gave her a paper which he said it was his house address. So she took him home. But when she rings the bell on the door. She was shocked by pressing the door bell with high-voltage electric. Once she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.

Being such a compassion person might not be a good thing. Pass this on and girls, especially, please be careful…AND DON’T BE TOO GOOD!! Another way is to help by calling the police to assist sending the kid home.

Case Five: I was at the ATM machine to take my money. Behind me, there was an old lady asked me whether I’m able to take my money or not, because she said there’s a button might be spoiled, and I don’t know since when a small girl came beside me. The small girl was squeezing to my side but I didn’t notice, I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the hole of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take my money. I felt something wrong and immediately push the small girl away. Then I thought, the small girl and the old lady cooperate together to take my money. The old lady distracted me so that the small girl can take my money away.

Be VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert for anyone suspicious around you.

Case Six: My parents are retired and they stay at home. One afternoon, there was a young stranger said his motorcycle has no more petrol and the petrol station is too far, it’s hard to push the motorcycle for such a long distance, so he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy petrol. He said he will pay 2, 3 bucks for it. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really did took out money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note, and even let my mum to find change for him. But luckily my mum was smart; she said just take and go.

Obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for a stupid empty coke bottle!! It’s OBVIOUS to know that that stranger is a fraud!!

Case Seven: This happened in Bali. A newly married couple was having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly gone missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her. He asked the hotel staffs to help him find her too. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek or wat. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks has passed, there were no news about his missing wife. So he went back and his honeymoon just ended up like that. He was so disappointed and has no mood to work and so he went to travel to other places. Few years later, he came back to Bali, to watch ‘FREAK SHOW’ in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage; there was a lady without limbs, body including the face, full of scars. When she was distorted on the ground, she gives out a sound of a monster-like voice. When he saw her face, he was shocked. He could not recognize the face anymore, her missing wife’s face with a red birthmark.

Case Eight: This happened in shanghai. Few years ago, a girl reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friend found her cousin sister begging beside one of the street in Bangkok, Thailand… The worst thing is that her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body is tied to a lamp post with a Shackle (metal chain).

Case Nine: Let’s just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear some sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert in these cases. The police said it will be a murderer using a recorder with de baby crying sound to attract your attention. These normally happen at night and when you are only alone in the house. GIRLS, especially, please be careful.

Case Ten: I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, which is known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center, there are many people there, it’s also near to the ShenZhen train station and Hong Kong’s Luo Hu Port. It’s says, C wants to go to the toilet. So A and B waited outside. But then after they waited for so long, they felt weird and went into the toilet to ask her to hurry up. But once they went in, there were nobody inside there. Both were scared as they called C’s phone but no one answered. So they called the police. The police asked them whether they had saw anybody suspicious went into the toilet. Both said there were none and it’s impossible to bring an alive person with more than 100 kg out of the toilet without them noticing. Then A remember there was a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then came back out…the police told them this is not the 1st time happening. The police have already suspect a gang of criminals that always attacks the toilet in a complex where many people are. They use cleaners to kidnap or trafficking in human organs.

Please be careful when using the toilet. For anybody, not only girls, boys too!! Do not go to the wash room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you.

It’s always better to be safe than sorry!

It’s my second time visiting a VWO (Voluntary Welfare Organisation)! My first time was visiting Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore) at Yishun – Because we’ve got to complete a certain number of hours of CIP (Community Involvement Programme) when I was in secondary school.

Today, my boss, Joseph, bring me together with him as an assistant for the photoshoot session there. I won’t be going too detail as to make the post lengthy, I’ll keep it short.

Basically, my main point of this post is that – we actually brought food hampers for these elderly. You know, they are so happy! Their facial expression, gesture etc all show it so clearly~ I don’t know how to express it in words actually, I can only say that they are so happy, and is very naturally happy, very very natural.

When I see them being so happy, I could really felt the joy too, really!

It felt great. Especially when one of the Malay granny is returning home with the food hamper, because she could not possibly hold two bags of food (including rice, oil, soy sauce & other stuffs), it’s so heavy. So I offered to help her bring them up to her house.

She could not speak english, and I can’t speak Malay, so we can’t really communicate while we’re in the lift or walking to her house. But one thing I can understand – she’s very thankful, very very..

The way she say thanks to me when I’m leaving after passing the stuffs to her, I can really felt it! The tears in her eyes, the way she pat my shoulder and smiling happily at me.. It make me felt that everything I did is sooooooooo worth it!

If I’m a rich man, I swear I’ll help all these elderly and those whom belongs to other VWOs. The feeling was great! No matter how hard we worked, how busy we are through out the process, the stress and sweat… when you see the smile of these beneficiaries, you will feel that everything’s worth it!

Frankly speaking, I actually have tears rolling down my cheeks when I was walking to the lift after saying good bye to that old granny.

If I were to be able to help more of these less fortunate, I would gladly do so! I’m actually planning to return to help out at BBSGB (Boys’ Brigade Sharity Gift Box) every saturday after I’m back in NYP (Nanyang Polytechnic) having FYP (Final Year Project). Even if I would not be able to collect any pay/salary/allowance. I just want to do something to help out.

I’m really glad I’m having my industrial attachment here. I’m seriously falling in love with this job.

Hope I would be able to be of more help to this BBSGB event! If only I’m capable enough, I would be able to share the stress/pressure/workload for my bosses. Sometimes I feel bad when I see them so stress up when I couldn’t/not being able to help them out.

Oh man, I’m getting a bit out of topic. Alright, I’ll just do my very best in all things I do.

I’m in a happy mood today!

Last but not least, Auntie Rosline’s cake baking skills is good! It’s my first time eating it, and I find it really delicious. hahaa. Hope can try it again while I’m still around! xD Ain’t I greedy?

Friends are of many levels and many different types, different categories I’d say. This group of friends are those who you can approach if you want to play basketball. This group of friends is who you can approach when you want to go clubbing. This group of friends is who you can approach if you want to play online game together with. And so on and so forth.

There’s always only a handful of friends who would really care about you to the level of your personal life. I don’t know what’s the right word to use, but well, you don’t chat with all your friends everyday, do you? Who do you talk to when you’re in trouble? Who do you approach when you are stressed up over things which you ownself will felt stressed about?

For me, I find it damn sad. I got so many friends, but there isn’t one who is at a level, where I can talk to them heart to heart. It’s not like I don’t trust them, both parties have to reach a comfortable level of trust to communicate heart to heart – even some couples can’t even reach that level.

Everyone have their heart-to-heart friends in their life, but most of them comes and goes. I experienced it too. It’s quite sad, but what can you do? Accept it.

Why can’t everyone of your friends be your heart-to-heart friend? (note that I used the term “heart-to-heart” because I can’t think of a better description/title of this term at the moment) They can’t. Because, it’s like.. sometimes, you may think that this friend of yours is rather close to you. But when you think twice, he/she may not be, as in on their side? They might not regard you like how you regard them as. It sounds kind of messed up, but it’s like, the person you think is your close friend, to him or to her, you might not be his or her close friend. That’s the word.

Would you find it damn BULLSHIT when a stranger or a random guy/girl who encounters you on Orchard road, approach you and tells you all his/her trouble in life?

Or would you approach a stranger or random guy/girl who you encounters on Orchard road and tells them all your trouble in life when you’re stressed up?

Definitely not.

It’s the same when it comes to friendship. He or she might be a good friend when it comes to certain scenario, but when it comes to another, things are different. Only friends who are close to you to that kind of level, then he/she will fit into different categories. It’s quite hard to understand..?

Normally friends who are close to you to that kind of level, even if they “left” your life, you will not forget them. How to define “left” your life? I’ll give an example.

When he/she got new close friend? Human changes. For example, you and your best friend used to be studying in the same course in the same school. Then when you all graduated, you all went into different school, studying different stuffs. And life just got busy due to school assignments, and other commitments. You and your best friend might not get to see each other everyday and talk/play together everyday as usual. And most probably, you’re with another group of friends and one of them is very close to you, and you’re interacting with him/her everyday, like how you were with your best friend? Unless you’re anti social, or else you surely will find a group of close friends/clique in your school/course, after spliting up with your best friend. As such, do you think your best friend will be anti social? Won’t he/she find close friends at their school/course also? The two of your remain close, but surely not as close. Or there will be closer ones.

There are other friends who are really close to you, but for some things they just don’t fit the bill. A good friend of yours who always is able to work well together with you, in school – projects & assignments, in sports – basketball & etc, in computer – online mmorpg games & etc, in fitness – workout in gym & etc, and so on and so forth. He/she might not be the right person when you want to talk to when it comes to things which are more personal, such as your past, your family problems, your Boy Girl Relationship (BGR) problems, your friendships problems and so on and so forth. Who cares about it man?

Even if you confine such things to them, they will either tell you “Don’t think too much” or “Relax” and fullstop.

It’s true to think like.. Okay larh, if not then what else you expect them to say instead?? Nothing else already, isn’t it? Those are the most typical lines to say mah~

True. But it’s like.. well, I don’t know how to explain. Just think about it.

Life is full of surprises and sorrows. Life is short and time flies. Friends are normal, good friends are rare, close friends are treasures.

Sometimes it’s just so sad when you’re so stressed up and dying to have someone to talk to, but there isn’t a treasure for you to talk to. They’re probably in a different category of treasure, but come to think of it, I do have treasures who belongs to all categories before. But “left” my world de left lerh, gone de gone lerh.

Treasures ain’t easy to come by. Make sure you treasure it when it’s in your hands.
